AGV.Cut v0.7 — Flagship Pro feature (rough_cut_highlight) + moat expansion

I built the Pro-tier feature that makes AGV.Cut actually worth paying for — a rough-cut generator that finds every emotional peak in a wedding ceremony in 30 seconds.

AGV.Cut now ships the flagship Pro-tier feature that unlocks the $49/mo upgrade path: rough_cut_highlight finds the top audio-energy moments from a source reel and builds a Resolve timeline from them. Gated by @requires_tier('pro'). Plus 4 new event templates (engagement, elopement, baptism, vow-renewal) grow the moat to 6 event types. /changelog + /docs public pages. Hero-video scaffolder unblocks the launch.

Why I built it

Every wedding I've ever edited has the same 4-hour ceremony where 3 minutes of it is the stuff people actually cry at. Scrubbing for those 3 minutes is a huge part of why sneak peeks took 24 hours. Now a function finds them in 30 seconds.

Stack: Python 3.11, numpy, soundfile, ffmpeg, Next.js 16 + ISR, Supabase, Airtable, Telegram, Resend, n8n, @requires_tier decorator, MediaPool.AppendToTimeline, conventional commits parser. For: Wedding + quinceañera + engagement + elopement + baptism + vow-renewal filmmakers. Pro tier unlocks the flagship rough cut pipeline.

AGV.Cut v0.6 — Daily driver: ingest, sync, checklist, stats

I can now run a whole wedding — from SD card to Instagram — through a single command line. Every boring step replaced.

AGV.Cut matured from usable to daily-driver. 4 new CLI commands cover every step of a shoot-to-ship workflow (ingest, sync, wedding-checklist, stats). 3 new landing pages (/launch, /stats, /admin). 4 importable n8n workflows wire ops to Telegram. LICENSE_SECRET generated autonomously and the Manual Task closed. 139 tests green.

Why I built it

Every time I edit a wedding there are 4 chunks of manual work: ingest (sort the cards), sync (align cameras), grade (copy A to B), QC (spot the flash frames). I automated each one today. Tomorrow I ingest, sync, grade, QC, and export in roughly the time it used to take me to finish ingesting.

Stack: Python 3.11, numpy, soundfile, ffmpeg, Next.js 16, Supabase, Airtable, Telegram, Resend, n8n. 139 pytest tests. For: Wedding + quince filmmakers using DaVinci Resolve. Personal-use-today for Alex.

Master Vault (Replication System)

Every system I build isn't just for me. It's a product. The vault is what makes it sellable.

Portable system architecture at ~/agv-master-vault/. Every build is logged with a full replication spec (stack, creds needed, steps, status) so any system can be cloned into a new business in minutes.

Why I built it

Every cool system I built was trapped in my head or my laptop. No one else could replicate it, sell it, or learn from it. So I turned my Mac into a replication architecture. Every build gets a log.

Stack: Markdown, filesystem, Claude CodeFor: Alex + every business he ever spins up or sells to

AGV.Cut v0.5 — 5 Tier 1 tools + luxury brand + launch teaser

AGV.Cut went from aspirational idea to something I'll use on my next wedding edit — in one day.

AGV.Cut is personally usable today. 5 Tier 1 features shipped with 50 mocked tests (multicam_sync via waveform cross-correlation, color_match, timeline_qc, batch_lut, export_deliverables). 4 editorial-luxury brand assets via nano-banana. 15-second vertical launch teaser via reproducible ffmpeg script. Stripe and domain intentionally deferred until content drives demand.

Why I built it

The five boring parts of every wedding edit: ingest + sync + color + QC + export. I spent years doing each one by hand. Now each one is a CLI command. Built for me first, for every other wedding filmmaker second. Speed is the feature.

Stack: Python 3.11, numpy, soundfile, ffmpeg, pytest. Gemini nano-banana. FFmpeg filter_complex. Tailwind v4. Next.js 16. DaVinci Resolve Studio scripting API.For: Wedding + quince filmmakers on DaVinci Resolve Studio. Personal-use-today for Alex, Founding 100 for the next 100.

Family Archive Pass

Your wedding doesn't end when the night does.

They get lifetime cloud backup of their wedding gallery, a free anniversary mini-session every year, 15% off future sessions, and a guaranteed Photo-of-the-Month email that keeps them in the family for life.

Why I built it

I kept getting DMs from past brides asking if I still had their wedding photos. Laptops died. Emails switched. Gallery links expired. I realized every bride I'd ever shot was one bad day away from losing her wedding. So I built a $49/mo subscription that makes sure that never happens and gives her 3 more reasons to stay in my world.

Why I built it

Built in 3 days. Codex caught 5 issues (cross-package mis-crediting, amount validation, async_payment_succeeded handling) before live. Now runs unattended.

AGV.Cut v0.1 — Resolve MCP + Skill

I taught Claude how to edit my weddings. Now my sneak peeks go out in 90 minutes instead of 24 hours.

An AI editing assistant for wedding and quinceañera filmmakers. Claude Code + DaVinci Resolve Studio via MCP. v0.1 ships project setup automation with bilingual EN/ES bins and timelines — the boring 45-minute Resolve project setup compressed into one prompt.

Why I built it

The 45-minute Resolve setup dance at the start of every wedding edit was killing me. Creating ten bins by hand. Typing timeline names. Dragging LUTs. Then syncing multicam. Then color-matching dad's B-cam to mine. Every wedding, same 3 hours of logistics before any real creative work. I realized Claude Code + Resolve's Python API could just do it. So I built that. And then I realized — every wedding filmmaker has this same problem. So v0.1 is the start of a real product.

Stack: Claude Code, MCP, Python 3.11, DaVinci Resolve 20 scripting API, uv, pytest, Airtable (ops layer), pyairtable. Skill installed at ~/.claude/skills/agv-cut.For: Wedding and quinceañera filmmakers. First Alex, then Founding 100 buyers, then the broader market via Pro + Studio tiers.

DM Bot v3 — Zernio Growth Engine

I fired ManyChat and GoHighLevel for a bot I actually own. It reads my DMs, replies in my voice, and auto-detects when a bride books a call.

An AI digital twin that reads every IG DM, replies in my exact voice, auto-moves each lead through an 11-stage pipeline, detects bookings automatically, and follows up respectfully over 60 days until they book or explicitly say no. Replaces ManyChat and GoHighLevel completely.

Why I built it

Every month I was paying hundreds to ManyChat and GoHighLevel and neither one could actually do what I needed. ManyChat couldn't detect when a bride actually booked the call. GoHighLevel kept missing DMs because it polled Instagram every 30 seconds instead of getting pushed events. And both of them made the bot sound generic, not like me. I was losing leads because responses took hours. I was manually updating CRM stages like it was 2015. And I was paying for the privilege. So I built my own. Now everything fires instantly, sounds like me, and when a bride says she booked it, the system knows. Game changer.

Master Ads System + /ad-factory-v2

I built an AI that writes, designs, launches, tracks, and kills my own Meta ads. I review winners every Monday. The system decides what runs for the next 4 months based on which ads actually bring in bookings — not likes.

End-to-end Meta ad factory. Writes 30 ad variations in chill+Hormozi tone using 12 rotating psychological frames, renders pixel-perfect PNGs via Pillow (no AI typos), seeds Airtable with per-ad attribution (DM keyword, ROAS, LTV-weighted ROAS, creative fatigue score, DM-to-booking-hours), wires to IG DM Bot for inbound lead tagging, wires to Pipeline Bot for payment-to-ad ROI loop, hands off to Ad Monitor Bot for kill/scale decisions. Every Monday auto-rotates losers out + fresh variants in. Kill-Signal Learnings table teaches the factory what not to regenerate. Ad Photo Performance table retires bad photos and promotes winners. Works for AGV + Kinsey + future business clones.

Why I built it

Every ad cycle I'd get the same sinking feeling: which of these is actually working? Meta would show me CTR but not who actually booked a call or paid. I was losing $50-100/day on ads that looked fine on paper but brought zero brides. Built this factory because I was tired of guessing. Now the system tells me which exact ad brought in the call and the check — and kills the rest before they bleed me dry.

Stack: Claude Code, Airtable MARKETING base, Meta Ads MCP, Pillow renderer, Nano Banana (photo grading), IG DM Bot (Railway), Pipeline Bot (Railway), Ad Monitor Bot (Railway), Telegram, /hormozi-ads + /agv-copywriter + /humanize-writing + /adversarial-review skillsFor: Photographers + agency owners running Meta ads without real attribution

Master Ads System — Hands-Free AGV Ad Factory

I stopped writing my own ads. My system does it. I tap approve once a week on Telegram. That's the whole job.

End-to-end Meta ad engine. Writes 30 chill+Hormozi variants per offer in Alex's voice. Renders overlays pixel-perfect via Pillow (no AI typos). Seeds Airtable with full attribution fields. Uploads paused to Meta, hands off to Ad Monitor Bot for daily auto-manage. Alex approves via Telegram once a week. Full DM-to-revenue attribution loop: every booking traces back to the exact ad that caused it, ROAS recalculates live, losers die at cost-per-lead ceiling, winners auto-prompt for a 2x budget raise.

Why I built it

Most wedding photographers burn thousands on Meta ads they can't track. They write, launch, hope. By Thursday they can't tell which ad caused which DM or booking. So they cut what's working and keep what's not. I built a system that attributes every DM back to the exact ad that caused it, tracks the booking, tracks the payment, calculates ROAS live, kills what's dead, and scales what's winning. Hands-free.

Stack: Claude Code skills (/ad-factory-v2, /agv-copywriter, /marketing-psychology, /humanize-writing, /adversarial-review, /launch-ads, /ad-monitor), Airtable MARKETING base appnD2GYo044OErP9, Meta Ads API, Pillow renderer, Telegram Bot API, Railway (Ad Monitor/Pipeline/DM Bots), SupabaseFor: Wedding photographers, service businesses running paid ads, anyone burning money on untracked Meta ad spend

Adversarial Review Suite (Claude + Gemini 2.5)

i just got two AIs to pair-review every line of code i write. they caught 11 real money bugs in my stripe webhook on the first pass.

Second-model quality gate. Claude writes code, Gemini 2.5 reviews it adversarially before any commit to money/auth/webhook files, Claude fixes what Gemini flags. Pre-commit hook makes it physically impossible to ship a critical or high-severity money bug on autopilot. First run on FrameVault Stripe webhook caught 11 real bugs, 6 money-loss bugs.

Why I built it

I was shipping code fast with Claude but catching my own bugs was the bottleneck. Half my codebase is skeleton from the big push, exactly where hidden bugs live. I needed a second set of eyes that never gets tired and never misses the edge cases.

Waitlist Moat ($500 Date Hold)

I stopped letting brides say "let me think about it." Now they pay $500 to hold their date.

Public /waitlist landing page that converts dreamy-but-not-ready brides into deposit-committed leads. $500 refundable Stripe checkout holds the wedding date on the calendar for 30 days, applied to the full package when the bride books. Creates a waitlist_holds row in pending, flips to paid on Stripe webhook, fires branded confirmation email + Telegram alert. Replaces 'let me think about it' with 'my date is locked.' Every hold = a commitment signal you can call from tomorrow morning.

Why I built it

Warm leads kept evaporating between the call and the decision. I built a $500 refundable hold page. Now after every good call, I send the link. 30 days locked on my calendar. Applied to the full package when she books. Converts 3x better than 'let me think about it.'

AGV.VIZION Brand Asset Kit v1

I just rebuilt my entire brand identity in one Python script — 47 editorial-luxury assets in under 10 seconds. Didot wordmark, Bodoni monogram, beige palette, Vogue-minimal. And I can clone the whole thing for any business by changing 3 lines.

Full editorial-luxury brand asset kit (47 PNGs) — Didot wordmark + Bodoni monogram + beige-on-black palette — generated deterministically from one Python script. Drop-in assets for CRM, favicons, email templates, contracts/invoices, social profiles + highlight covers, watermarks, color palette card, dividers. Template-ready: change 3 constants + 5 hex codes and the entire kit rebrands for Quinceañera, Content Agency, or AGV.Systems in one run.

Why I built it

Alex was using plain text 'AGV.VIZION' in the CRM, had mismatched favicons, no letterhead, no cohesive social kit. Paying a designer $2-5K per business to build a proper identity system was unsustainable across 3+ businesses (VIZION, QUINCE, Content Agency, Systems). One afternoon of Python + PIL = 47 assets, every touchpoint covered, 100% consistent, template-ready for every future business.

Auto-Onboard Cascade

Every booking used to be 30 minutes of post-deposit paperwork. Now it's zero.

When a bride pays her deposit, a Stripe webhook fires an atomic Postgres claim, then a parallel fanout sends her a branded welcome email in Alex's voice with 3 next steps (sign agreement, fill questionnaire, open portal), pings Alex on Telegram with the couple name, wedding date, venue, and deposit amount, and writes a booking_confirmed entry to the activity log. Survives concurrent webhook retries so nothing ever double-fires.

Why I built it

Every bride booking used to eat 30 minutes of my night. Welcome email, portal access, contract filing, internal pings. I was the bottleneck on my own business. Now a Stripe webhook does it all in one second and it's race-proof so it never double-fires.

Wedding-Day Concierge $2K Portal Upsell

I just realized I've been doing $2,000 of free work at every wedding. Now I charge for it.

Adds a gold Let us run your wedding day card to every booked couple's portal home. Click routes to a luxury sell page, Stripe one-time checkout for $2,000, on payment an atomic Supabase RPC flips clients.upsells_purchased, Alex gets Telegram alert, couple gets confirmation email. Hides once purchased.

Why I built it

Every wedding, I was already doing this work. Texting the DJ. Reminding the florist. Making sure the coordinator doesn't ghost. Nobody asked me to. I just can't not do it if I want the photos to be good. So I made it a $2K button in my portal. Couples click once and on the day I run everything.

Stack: Next.js 15, Supabase (PG 17), Stripe Checkout, Telegram Bot API, Resend, TypeScriptFor: Wedding photographers + couples

Lead Priority Queue (ICP Scorer)

Every morning I used to scroll through 40 leads and guess who to call first. Now I open one screen and it's ranked.

Deterministic ICP scorer that ranks pre-proposal leads 0-100 by fit. Admin sees one screen: hot / warm / cold / skip, each with the top ~10. Scoring signals: venue location in luxury CA market, package amount, referral source, commitment markers (wedding date + venue + phone), notes keyword scan (luxury vs price-shop), freshness. Every score has a reasons array so admin sees WHY. No ML. No external calls. Pure function over existing clients columns.

Why I built it

Every morning I was guessing which of 40 fresh leads to call first. I was picking wrong almost every day. So I built a deterministic scorer that reads every inquiry against my ICP and ranks them. I open one screen in the morning now.

Stack: Next.js, Supabase, deterministic scoring (TypeScript), server componentsFor: Any service biz with 10+ incoming leads per week

AGV.Systems Catalog Page (/systems)

My entire system catalog is a public page that updates itself. Every build I ship shows up at agvvizion.org/systems within 5 minutes, with price and pitch.

Public-facing catalog at agvvizion.org/systems. Server-rendered Next.js page that fetches the Built Showcase Airtable table, filters to Live + Flagship/Showpiece, and renders every system with hook, story, price, and a DM CTA. ISR revalidates every 5 minutes, so any new build auto-appears without redeploying.

Why I built it

Photographers kept DMing asking what systems I run. I was pasting long messages, Loom links, screenshots. I wanted ONE link. Built it in 20 minutes on top of my Built Showcase table so it updates itself forever.

Stack: Next.js 16, React Server Components, Airtable REST API, Framer Motion, Tailwind v4, ISRFor: Alex (as lead magnet) + any photographer or founder who wants a self-updating product catalog

I'll build the same self-updating catalog page for your business. Pulls from your existing Airtable, shows your systems/services with prices and a DM CTA. $1,500 one-time install. Lives at yoursite.com/systems and updates itself forever.

Referral Reconciler — NFC Backfill Cron

The referral email always sends. Even when the network lies.

The safety net for NFC referral attribution. If a booking-convert call ever drops silently (transient 5xx, network blip, webhook retry edge case), this cron finds it within 24 hours and backfills — source couple still gets the thank-you email they're owed.

Why I built it

Codex found 6 issues on round 1 including an SSRF vector via self-HTTP with the admin secret. Refactoring killed it — the convert logic now lives in a shared module the cron imports directly.

Stack: Vercel cron + shared in-process helper (no self-HTTP = no SSRF) + unique constraint on (source_card_id, lead_id) for retry safety + stable sort for deterministic batches. For: Anyone running automated thank-you loops they can't afford to drop silently.
