Wedding-day quality is a team sport. After every booking we send a curated vendor list — planners, florists, DJs, HMUA, officiants — that we've actually worked with. No kickbacks, no SEO listings. Vendors we trust because we've seen the work day-of.
The vendor that makes or breaks the day. We work most often with full-service planners (8 to 12 months out) + day-of coordinators (4 to 6 weeks out). We'll send specific names by region after our first call — varies by Bay vs. LA vs. SD.
Flowers shape 30% of every photo. We work with florists who design for the camera — not just the room. We always send the florist a shot list of must-have detail moments so the bouquet, boutonnieres, table centerpieces, and ceremony arch all photograph beautifully.
The audio is half your wedding film. We pre-coordinate with DJs/bands so audio handoff is clean — no muddy reception toasts because of bad mic placement. Our cinematographer mics the officiant + couple separately for ceremony audio.
A bride who loves her hair + makeup is a bride who loves her photos. We recommend HMUA who do full trial sessions before the wedding so you see the look on camera. Bilingual stylists for Spanish-speaking moms + abuelas.
Bilingual officiants for cross-cultural weddings. Catholic priests for traditional ceremonies. Friend-officiated ceremonies need extra rehearsal — we coordinate timing.
Catering shapes the reception flow + dinner photo timing. We coordinate plate-up time to align with the right toast moments. Bilingual bartenders for cocktail-hour fluency.
After we book — I send a curated list for your region + style + guest count + budget. The list of who I'd hire if I were you.
