Yes. We offer flexible payment plans up to 12 months so you can secure your date without stress. A small retainer locks in your date and the rest is spread out comfortably before your wedding day.

I write back personally, usually within a couple hours, and ask about your date and venue. If it looks like a fit we get on a 20-minute call — both partners welcome, no script. After that, sign + deposit and your portal goes live the same day. See /process for every step laid out.

No. Included in every wedding investment. No upgrade tier, no add-on. The portal is part of the experience — that's the whole point of working with AGV instead of someone who just delivers files.

Yes. AGV has a vetted associate bench. If I get sick or have an emergency, I activate a bench member at no cost to you. If no bench is available I cover an equivalent photographer + a partial refund. This is written into every contract.

We shoot regardless. Rain photos are often the best — moody, dramatic, unique. I bring clear umbrellas. Every AGV wedding has a rain contingency plan signed off 14 days out with the venue and coordinator. Weather doesn't cancel the day. It shapes it.

A sneak peek of 10–15 edited photos within 48 hours of your wedding. Full edited gallery in 6–8 weeks. Cinematic film in 8–10 weeks. You also get a private film premiere page when the film lands.

300–600 for an 8-hour day. 600–1,000 for full-day coverage. We deliver every keeper — there's no fixed cap. If anyone is offering you a package with a specific number of photos (e.g. "50 photos") they're holding your gallery hostage for an upsell.

The discovery call is for both of us to figure that out. If we're not the right fit we'll tell you on the call and point you toward someone in California who is. No hard sell, no follow-up DMs trying to flip your no.

Yes. We're based in California but we travel. Wine country, the coast, the mountains, out of state, international — wherever your day takes you. Travel costs (flights + hotel + car) at cost, no markup.
