What the lower tiers don’t include

Signature ($9,500) and Legacy ($12,000) are both documentary-style and both deliver in 6 weeks. These are the things only the CEO Collection carries.

Questions brides ask

Why only eight weddings a year?

Because Alex actually shoots every frame. Not a team. Not a junior associate I call "the second shooter who also knows our look." Alex. That math limits the calendar to eight days a year for weddings at this tier — the other days go to quinceañeras, content retainers, and building systems.

Is the $16,500 negotiable?

No. If the price is the deciding factor, the Signature tier ($9,500) is the right pick and the photography quality is the same — you just get a trained lead shooter instead of Alex personally. Both tiers shoot documentary. Both deliver in six weeks. The CEO tier is about who holds the camera, not whether the work is good.

What if you get sick or have an emergency on my wedding day?

Fair question. The contract names a specific backup lead — Victoria — who has shot 40+ weddings alongside Alex and holds the same aesthetic. If Alex is physically unable to shoot, Victoria steps in and you get a 25% fee refund. In five years this has never happened. But it is named in writing.

Do you travel?

Yes. Destination weddings globally. Travel, lodging, and a per-diem are invoiced at cost with a 10% coordination fee. No markup.

Can I split payments?

Yes. Four-split is standard (booking / 6mo out / 1mo out / on delivery). If you have padrinos, we use the Padrinos Split-Pay system — up to 10 named contributors, each with their own secure payment link.

How do I get considered?
